Mike Kushner
attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia, where he received a degree in
Video Production & Filmmaking. He took great interest in the art of cinematography
and editing, which eventually evolved to his true passion, directing. While attending
the Art Institute, he received four awards for two of his short films. Mike also received two film festival nominations, at the Saguaro Film Festival (1999) and The Philadelphia International Film Festival (1999). Mike is currently excited to be working on franks & wieners. Mike's attention to detail is the yin to Gordon's big picture yang, creating a film-making dynamo that takes no prisoners... From the set: Mike - "If this was Hollywood, you'd need a hundred Mike Kushners!" Gordon - "Man, I can hardly take the one Mike Kushner! He drives me nuts!" All kidding aside, we love Mike and the great job he's doing. But thank God there's just one! |
