Premiere event a hit!!! - The premiere event for Routes on November 16 was a smash hit with two sold out audiences at the Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts! The showings have received rave reviews from audience members. See what people are saying about it on Viewer Respnses. Premiere Event - Saturday, November 16!!! - The Film Brothers get serious??? Our latest movie Routes (a 30 minute story about two garbage men with different beliefs on God) premiered on Saturday, November 16, 2002. First show: 7:00 PM (SOLD OUT) Second show: 8:15 PM (SOLD OUT) Where: Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts, by the Wilmington Riverfront on 200 South Madison Street. Tickets: $10 each, including the show and a reception in the front room at Timothy's Restaurant near the theater. PREVIOUS FILM MILESTONES September 2002 - Congratulations to Wilmington's favorite son Barry Schlecker, who submitted the winning entry in the contest to name the new Film Brothers Productions short film Routes! Barry received an all expense paid trip for two to Cafe Verdi in Trolley Square, and credit in the movie. The 1st and 2nd runners up are Claire Furia and Jim Neff. They will each receive two complimentary tickets to the premiere of "Routes - Not by Alex Haley" and also the Actors, Crew and Guest reception afterwards. As Honorable mention for the titles that made us laugh the most, two complimentary tickets go to Tom Travia for "Something is Rotten in Newark" and "Jesus Loves You - Even If You Smell Really Bad". June 2002 - Sanitation Salvation! The Film Brothers are Born Again!!! The script and the casting were completed, and filming began for the latest Film Brothers project, slated to be finished in the summer. |
